Rise Vision's easy-to-use screen sharing transforms any display into a wireless presentation hub, enabling seamless collaboration. Share from any device without adapters or proprietary hardware, using Standard Mode for quick sharing or Moderator Mode for secure, controlled sessions. And because it's an all-in-one platform, you get digital signage and emergency alerts too.
Solstice needs a dedicated Solstice Pod in each room where you want to share. With Rise Vision, you can share from any device to any display running our software. That means there's no clunky proprietary hardware to buy.
We combine digital signage, screen sharing, and emergency alerts into one platform. By comparison, Solstice shows signage only while a screen is idle. And its emergency banner doesn't connect to safety systems without custom work.
With Solstice, you'll need an active Solstice Subscription to keep getting software updates and premium support. But with Rise Vision, fast support and free training are included. Plus, you'll get competitive pricing on hardware, software, and support from one vendor.
Mersive Solstice has reached end of sale. So if you're planning what comes next, this table shows how the two compare, starting with screen sharing.

“I’ve been impressed with how well Rise Vision’s screen sharing has worked across our district. It’s been reliable, easy to use, and has made an impact in the classroom for both teachers and students. When you combine the screen sharing and the digital signage options, it is an easy choice. Rise Vision has been a smart investment for our schools.”
Eric Burt / Technology Director at West Fork CSD
Presenters can share a window or their whole screen from a browser without installing an application. Or they can use our Android and iOS apps. Because it's completely OS agnostic, it doesn't matter which operating system someone uses.
Maintain control with Moderator Mode. You approve which participants are able to present, so every session in a classroom, office, or meeting room stays smooth and orderly.
Participants enter the code shown on the screen they want to use. That way, they share to the correct display and prevent unwanted streams. For extra security, you can also require a PIN confirmation.
Guests, employees, teachers, or students can share their screen while connected to any network. Rise Vision supports VLANs (separate sections of one network), wifi, and ethernet, so nobody has to switch networks first.
In a large classroom or conference room, you can wirelessly share one screen to up to 10 displays at the same time. That way, everyone can see the presentation, even from the back of the room.
Save time supporting your screen sharing devices with cloud-based remote device management. And if you ever need help, you'll get it within one business hour from a team backed by a 99% satisfaction rating.
See why organizations worldwide trust Rise Vision as their all-in-one platform.

Yes, for updates and support. Every Solstice Pod comes with a perpetual software license. But you'll need an active Solstice Subscription for regular software updates, premium support, and warranty coverage. One year is included with each Pod. After that, if your subscription lapses, you'll have to pay for the lapsed time when you renew.
Yes. With Rise Vision, presenters go to risevision.com/join and enter the code shown on the display. Then they choose a Chrome tab, an application window, or their entire screen to share. In Standard Mode, they don't even need a Rise Vision account. Our screen sharing setup guide walks you through each step.
Yes. Rise Vision works with Windows, ChromeOS, Android, and Linux devices, plus our recommended media player and Avocor displays. Mersive devices are on our supported hardware list too. That means you can manage them with Rise Vision for digital signage, emergency alerts, and screen sharing. So you can give old displays a new life with Rise Vision screen sharing before replacing anything.
Screen sharing is part of our Enterprise plan, which also includes emergency alerts. For up to 10 displays, it's $164 per display per year for K-12, higher education, and non-profits. For business, government, and other organizations, it's $180 per display per year. K-12 schools can also choose an Unlimited license for $1,399 per school per year. Our simple, transparent pricing includes volume discounts, and you get 30 days risk-free or your money back.
Yes. With Rise Vision, you maintain complete control over who can share. And pin code connect makes sure users connect to the right display. You can also require presenters to sign in before they share. Plus, you'll know your data is secure, because we're backed by a SOC 2 Type 2 Attestation.
Yes. Rise Vision integrates with leading Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) systems like Raptor, CrisisGo, InformaCast, and Alertus. When one of these systems sends an alert, it automatically interrupts screen sharing on your displays. That way, everyone in the room sees clear emergency alerts with instructions, which reduces confusion in a stressful moment.
