Content means all materials, writing, images or other creative content provided by the Client used in preparing or creating the deliverables. All content, copy, and images will need to be provided by the client in an appropriate digital format.
Rise Vision requires all content before they can begin designing the Presentations. We assume that all content will be delivered with correct spelling, format, style and capitalization. Unless otherwise specified, Rise Vision is not responsible for inputting text or images into your content management system.
The Client will be responsible for the cost of any agreed upon 3rd party applications or licenses including software, market data, stock photography, audio, fonts etc.
Changes are expected in development. To be as flexible as possible Rise Vision does reviews after each phase of the project so that there are lots of opportunities to make adjustments. If the Client wants to add anything new, we will provide a written estimate for your approval.
Training is not included unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work.
Unless otherwise specified Client is to manage all content updates after delivery. If additional changes are requested we will provide a written estimate for your approval.
Rise Vision will host the deliverables on Rise Storage while the Project is under construction. Once the Project is finished Rise Vision will transfer the files to the Clients Rise Storage (if purchased) account or provide the files so the Client can move them to their web server.
During the first 3 months following delivery of the final content, Rise Vision shall provide maintenance services at no additional cost to Client. Maintenance services means commercially reasonable technical support and assistance to maintain and update the deliverables, including correcting any errors or deficiencies.
The services in the Warranty Period do not include enhancements to the Project or other services outside the scope of the Proposal.
Rise Vision retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in Rise Vision’s portfolios and websites, in galleries, design periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the deliverables in connection with such uses.
Requests to API’s will originate from the HTML Presentation Rise Vision builds. Rise Vision recommends the credentials used for authenticating with any API have Read only permission to safeguard the data in the event the credentials are compromised. Rise Vision is not responsible for updating or maintaining the Presentation should the API change. Any maintenance required to the Presentation due to changes in third party software or API will be purchased on an as needed basis.
