What is covered by the Content Management Plan?
Updating any content in your existing Presentations, for example:

  • Text: Adding, updating or deleting any text in your Presentation.
  • Videos: Adding, updating or deleting videos in your Presentation (provided by you).
  • Images: Adding, updating, resizing, cropping or deleting pictures in your Presentation (provided by you).
  • Slides or PowerPoint: Adding, updating or deleting slides created in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Excel or Sheets: Adding, updating or deleting data held in your Google Sheets.

What is not covered by the Content Management Plan?

  • New Layouts: Modifying your Presentations design or layout.
  • New Features: Adding new features to an existing Presentation. For example adding search to a directory that only has filters.
  • New Pages or Presentations: Adding new pages to an interactive Presentation or creating new Presentations in an account. For example adding an About Us page to a Presentation that never had one.
  • Copy Editing: We will do basic grammar and spelling checks but we expect the copy provided by you is exactly what you want shown on your display.
  • Video Editing: We cannot edit video, if you have video editing needs we can refer you to companies that specialize in this.
  • Image Editing: We will crop, resize, optimize and adjust images where necessary but we won’t provide image editing services like colour and exposure adjustments, red eye removal, etc..

Does this apply to one or multiple Presentations?
Content Management is a per company subscription so you can use your update requests on any Presentation in your company.

Can I rollover or save updates?
No, if you do not use all your update requests in a month they are not carried over to the next month.
