Unlimited user accounts
User Administrators can create unlimited user accounts each with their own specific roles. In just a few clicks a new user profile can be created automatically generating an email to that user with their login instructions. No software required on the user's computer - just an ordinary web browser. See Example
Receive notification emails
Users can choose to receive automated email messages that are associated with the role(s) they have been assigned. Simple check boxes within the user profile determine whether or not the user will receive the emails such as content review notifications or display monitoring alerts.

Delegate content creation roles
There is no limit to the number of users that can contribute digital signage content. Delegate content creation, while maintaining quality control, by assigning content approvers to ensure all content is approved. See Example
Out-of-home network management
Create OOH networks with common content across the network, combined with unique content for each location. Private Network Operators have the ability to assign roles to users in their client-accounts allowing them to independently manage a portion of a display's content. For example, network operators can manage a common Play List of advertising content which is displayed across the network, while users of the client accounts have limited access to change a portion of the screen or a message within a rotation for their location.
