Rise Vision, Inc. Eliminates Set-Up Fee, Improves Branding Capabilities and Live Data Feeds for Rise
ETOBICOKE, Ontario – December 2, 2008 – Rise Vision, Inc., a provider of a web-based content management system for the control of digital signage networks, has issued the Fall ’08 Release of its Rise Display Network (RDN) service. A Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based content management system sold via the reseller channel, the Rise Display Network is updated quarterly by Rise Vision, enabling all users to have immediate access to new features to manage their digital signage networks.
New features to the Rise Display Network include:
No Set-Up Fee for New Accounts: The new version of the Rise Display Network is easier and more flexible than ever to configure, which means that users no longer require assistance from Rise to develop their own unique and branded presentations. Rise is passing along the savings to users by eliminating the Company Set-Up Fee. Users that desire assistance can still purchase a Creative Starter Package that includes consultation and up to five hours of time from Rise’s team of creative professionals.
New Live Data Play List Items: Rise Display Network users now have the ability to add live data feeds such as news, sports, financial and weather data to play lists.
Auto Weather Configuration: Geared for users with displays located in multiple geographic locations, this new feature eliminates the need to configure local weather for each display. Users now can configure RDN to automatically display local weather by entering each display’s address.
Improved Play List Management: Play List management of Bulletins, Media Files and Web Pages is now much easier with one-click Media Library management. Users no longer need to upload files to the Media Library, but can reference external assets direct from their Play List.
New Private Network Program: The Rise Private Network Program provides Resellers with the opportunity to create and manage their own exclusive digital signage network – highlighting their brand, their message, and their services every time a client logs in to manage their digital signage.
